Cortado was recently awarded the AGP Star 2016 by AGP – Germany’s Employee Participation Association – as one of the few non-listed stock companies in Germany which enables their employees to become shareholders.
Sven Huschke, CFO at Cortado Holding accepted the award and said “Employee participation has been an integral part of the corporate culture at Cortado from the outset. This program has allowed us to achieve a high retention rate and increased the internal culture of trust, which ultimately leads to more employee engagement”.
